Document Storage Processes and Technology

1. All personnel are permanent employees of Archive Security (not sub-contractors), required to undergo state and federal police security clearances and sign confidentiality agreements prior to commencing employment.

The ability to catalogue every file in every carton, online, with the functionality to search for these files using key words.
Fully automated carton and file handling utilising both bar-codes and scanners.
Online audit reports such as date and time of request, transactional history, requestor name, number of items stored and destruction dates.
Online delivery dockets (including information such as requestor, time and date of delivery/pick up and electronic signatures).
