Traditional methods of using manual dockets to manage carton/file movements have proven to be inadequate for a range of reasons: increased human error; inability to perform efficient, accurate audits; difficultly in finding information and tracking movements; inaccurate billing information; as well as having a slower interface between client and supplier at all levels. Archive Online™ has been built by Archive Security’s in-house developers over the past seven years to improve both Archive Security’s operational systems and our clients' overall experience. Unlike other software, Archive Online™ was developed with the sole purpose of highly secure offsite carton/file storage services. Carton/file tracking software enables our clients to check what carton/files are offsite via the web and request their return online. Cartons/files can be viewed by any field including number, title, date, return date, last date requested, etc. Cartons/files are checked into and out of the warehouse by barcode for added security and accuracy.
There are over 200 functions within the software program. The audit and data capture capability of the software increases clients' ability to meet compliance regulations. Numerous modules have been built specifically with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in mind. Archive Security is constantly researching and monitoring software developments in all aspects of document storage space and makes these advancements available to our clients once fully tested.
